ORDERS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS

All items are made to order.  We order items based on the specific size and color requests for each order; therefore, we do not offer cancelations, returns, or exchanges.  If there is a mistake, please email us or send us a private message via Facebook and we will correct the issue! Notifications of any issue with your order must be received by Mandy Brasher via email or private message within three days of receipt of the item. If the return is approved, the unworn/unlaundered item must be returned at the buyers expense within 3 days of customers receipt.  Upon receipt, LNL will issue a refund or reorder and make the customers item again.

TURNAROUND TIME

Because items are custom made to order by one busy mommy there is an average 20-25 business day turnaround time excluding weekends and holidays. Please be mindful of this and check your emails for shipping notifications before messaging LNL for updates on your order. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Heat Transfer Vinyl and Heat Transfers should last the lifetime of your shirt. To ensure their durability we suggest you follow these care instructions: Wash garment inside out in cool or warm water. Tumble dry on a low heat setting or better yet, hang to dry, NEVER IRON DIRECTLY OVER THE DESIGN.

INTELLIGENTUAL PROPERTY

Our shirt designs are the intellectual property of myself or other respectful designers and CAN NOT BE REPRODUCED OR COPIED.

 PRE-ORDERS

Preorders are a special limited opportunity we give our customers. Pre-Orders generally take 6/8 weeks to be received.  Each Pre-Order post will have the date ordered and the expected date of my receipt once it has shipped.  Updates on Pre-Orders can be found on our Facebook Page!

SHIPPING

LNL will only ship to addresses put in at checkout or Paypal addresses on VIP page orders.  All packages are sent with a USPS tracking number which is emailed to the customer and LNL when purchased.  If an item has not arrived LNL will track and wait 30 days before issuing a refund/replacement and a USPS claim will be filed.  Any order that USPS tracking indicates as DELIVERED will not be refunded or replaced.
